😴 Sleep Cycle Master
Wake up feeling refreshed by timing your sleep with your body's natural rhythms.
If I want to wake up at...
If I go to bed now...
The Science of Better Sleep
We've all had those mornings in Qatar where even three cups of coffee can't wake us up. Often, the problem isn't *how long* we slept, but *when* we woke up.
What are Sleep Cycles?
A normal sleep cycle lasts about **90 minutes**. If you wake up in the middle of a cycle (during deep sleep), you'll feel groggy and tired. But if you wake up at the end of a cycle, you’ll feel naturally alert and energized – like you’ve woken up without an alarm!
Tips for Quality Rest
- Set a Routine: Try to go to bed at the same time every night, even during the weekends.
- Cool Environment: We know Qatar can be warm! Ensure your bedroom is cool and dark to help your body enter deep sleep faster.
- No Screens: Try to put your phone away at least 30 minutes before your planned bedtime.
Friendly Note: It takes most people about 14 minutes to fall asleep. This calculator already adds that "falling asleep" time for you!
